Junior Achievement Student Scholarship Funding Request
This funding request is designed to collect essential information from current Kindergarten- 11th grade students and parents interested in applying for JA funding supported by the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Collected data will assist in maintaining a fair and equitable selection process through the institutions.

Please note that only one student may be entered per form per institution. Upon completion, a PDF version will be sent to your email. Print and submit a copy of this document with the tuition-based institution of your choice by the deadline of April 18, 2026 for eligibility.

Timeline*:

March 3: Scholarship applications open
April 18: Scholarship applications close
June 1: Institutions will be notified of funding decisions

Important Information: If your institution is awarded funding and your student receives a scholarship, the institution will contact you directly. At Junior Achievement, we no longer select the students who receive scholarships; this is handled entirely by the institution. Please do not contact Junior Achievement of Western PA to inquire about the status of your applicant’s scholarship award.
